  • Compact universal high-flux cold atomic beam source. Multi-element platform supporting dual-species operation (Rb, Yb, Sr, etc.), compatible with quantum simulation, quantum computing, optical lattice clocks, cold atom magnetometers, Rydberg atom thermometers, and other cutting-edge applications.

Innovative Deceleration Architecture

  • Core Solution: Patent-protected deceleration scheme for high-efficiency hot atomic beam slowing and cold atom high-flux output. 3D-MOT Sr loading rate estimated up to 5×10⁹ atoms/s @ 420°C, axial velocity ~90 m/s, 3D-MOT atom number >10⁸ @ 8 mm beam diameter, enabling quantum degenerate systems such as BEC and DFG.

  • Hot Window Protection: Architecture prevents high-velocity atoms from directly striking viewports. 4× transverse beam compression reduces harmful atom flux ratio to < 0.01%, eliminates window deposition contamination, and extends maintenance intervals to > 2 years.

  • Compact Footprint: 2D-MOT chamber total volume ~1 L, effective slower total length ~15 cm, dramatically reduced versus conventional axial slowers.

Transverse Optical Pushing | Thermal Isolation | Ultra-High Vacuum

  • Transverse Output: 2D-MOT output is transverse; hot atomic beam and 3D-MOT science chamber form a 90° configuration, significantly reducing blackbody radiation (BBR) interference on downstream precision systems.

  • Ultra-High Vacuum: 2D-MOT chamber base vacuum < 10⁻⁹ mbar; downstream 3D-MOT chamber achievable < 10⁻¹¹ mbar.

Permanent Magnet Field + Low-Power Design

  • No Electromagnetic Coils: Permanent magnets generate gradient magnetic field — no coils or water cooling required.

  • Low-Power Operation: In-vacuum oven heating design. Ion pump + atomic oven total power < 50 W.
